Problem/Bug Something fill up my disk with "nothing"?

Hi!
Im pretty new at this with hosting servers, but i try the best i can (The same with my english...)
I have a server, craftbukkit 1.8 and some plugins, listed in the end. My problem is that the hard drive is after 3 days running filled with invisible files. The disc is real small (40GB), but the server folder is only 950mb and the OS (Windows 7 64BIT) takes ca 10GB.
So i should have about 25GB left.
Please tell me if you need more information.

What makes you think this is the case? If your inodes are full, I'm going to blame Dynmap (since it was taking up 90% of all my inodes :S).

 

There is one program called spacesniffer, which helps to indentify the unknown taken space, so i would suggest looking up that, will help to resolve
