[SOLVED]Help setting block type to WALL_SIGN facing north!

[EDIT] Wow, I wait 2 days to ask for help and then I figure it out 10 minutes later! I think it may be that the first sign is placed before the block its back is set!

Like the title says, I'm trying to set a block to a WALL_SIGN and have it face north. Every time I try though, the sign just pops out of the ground. I have no problem setting signs to face any other direction.

I did extensively search the forums for info on this, but nothing had a solution for me. So here's my code... http://pastebin.com/v0hA7YEf

Anyway, so like I said, the other 3 signs that get placed in the other directions have no issues, but the first sign that is added just pops out of the ground. Am I missing something here?
