[Solved] Groups & Ranking Up

So, I have this problem that involves donators. Basically, if someone donated to my server, they are ADDED to the group (not just set), and that is where the problems start. It automatically doesn't allow me to rankup. This is a problem with staff too, as I put their rank as that and they cannot rankup. I use PEX, and I've been using the command, for example, /pex group Owner user add SlickSlender, /pex user SlickSlender group add Owner, /pex user SlickSlender group set Owner, and that's about it. None of them seemed, to work, and it is just annoying to me.

The two plugins that are having the conflict are PermissionsEx and EZRanksLite

Solved, I found some help from a skype friend. I just set the weight on the staff and donor ranks really high, like 100.
