Snowballs that fly straight?

I know that this has been done before but i cant find the plugin anywhere ive only seen it on servers! I would like a plugin that somehow stops the snowballs from arching? They dont have to fly perfectly straight but alot more than usual. I dont know how you could do this but it is possible. And could it not add anymore damage to snowballs because i have another plugin running to do that? Thank you so much to anyone that can do this. I think it must be a simple plugin.

Ideas for commands: none needed really. I would prefer if it wasnt togglable because i want it on perminately?

Ideas for permissions: I honestly would prefer if there were none
