Filled Snowball Spam (Done)

There is no plugins that stop snowball spam.
I want to stop snowball spamming and players can shoot one snowball every 2 seconds. (Configurable time)

 

Here you go, allows you to customize message, and seconds before next throw
use:

to display the amount of seconds needed before next throw inside the message (it does not count down, it displays whats you have set as the Time variable)

There isn't another one and it wasn't a hard one.

 

You should add this to Bukkit Plugins. Many servers may need this.
