Filled Snow Walk

    Suggested name: SnowWalk

    What I want: I' need a plugin when you walk it makes a snow effect as if it where snowing.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: SnowWalk.Default - When you walk it makes snow particles.

    When I'd like it by: Take your time.

    I made one simple version but it would play the sound of snow breaking too... Packets are too hard and I never worked with packets, so I need to use Effects...
