Smash special Items help

I have setup a Smash server and everything seems to be running fine besides the special items. Like you see in ShotBows network some items have special effects or knockbacks etc. Maybe this plugin doesn't have it? (Link in desc) or is there a plugin I can install to run along side with it to get the items?

Only some items like a rose will fire a lot of fireballs. But things like bows, pressure plates etc don't do anything. Also is there a way to prevent a player from dieing and from editing there inventory?

If anyone knows were or how to get the special items like in the shotbow network please let me know!
