SlotMachine type plugin

What I want: I was looking for a slot machine like plugin for 1.14.3 but the only thing that worked was a slot machine GUI plugin(not what i want). I want the kind of plugin where the blocks move and then, if lined up correctly, the players wins, or if out of place, her/she loses. To make it easier for you, I want it to be an updated version of this: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/casino-slots

Ideas for commands: no commands rather work like the plugin I listed.

Ideas for permissions: To use the slot machine (blockslots.play) // maybe to work on shop (blockslots.admin)
