Question Skript Help With Commands

I Was Looking To See If Someone Could Help Me With 2 Things Please. I Was Trying To Make A Perks Plugin Along With A Key All Plugin

Can Someone Help Me, With The Key All I Ask How You Would Do This Command,
/Key All <Key> <Amount> Does Anyone Know How I Could Do This, I Want To Be Able To Do
/Key All Aqua 1
/Key All Ice 1
/Key All Blizzard 1
It Would Be Great If I Could Do This With 1 Script Writing And Also If I Want Make It So I Could Possibly Do More Then 1 Key.

Now For The Perks, I Want To Make It So I Can Do, /Perk Give <Player> <Perk> <Amount> anyone know how i could do this, also make it so i could make it all in 1 writing script and make it so i could give multiple perks at a time and use the same command for giving diffrent perks
