Hey Bukkit Community, Iv made my very own server ( i was like wow holy cow ), anyway its just for me and my mates to play on nothing big. I know that you can change the player skin in single player mode, but is it possible to change the player skin of the individual player in multiplayer and allow everyone on that said server to see them. so for example John: Red outfit Nancy: Blue outfit and they both can see the difference
The skin set for single player should be the same in multiplayer because they are set in the Minecraft.net website within your secured profile. Both single player and multiplayer check against the same server and load the same exact skin, unless you are running in offline mode, or if the person doesn't own an official copy of the game, then that's another story.
