Simplest Claims Plugin?

Hi all,

I am running a Bukkit Minecraft server for friends and family. We don't have much of a griefing problem, but some users would like to keep other users out of their houses and/or chests, etc. Also, users might want to claim a piece of land for future plans and not have to wrap it entirely in signs to prevent someone else building there.

I would like to support this in a way that does not require them all studying loads of commands, etc. And I would prefer to have all the players empowered to make and manage their own claims without being OPS.

I will be running WorldEdit and WorldGuard for other reasons. But unless I missed a simplified tutorial, WorldGuard is way too much to expect everyone to learn. I'm looking for something I could explain in a couple of paragraphs that only needs to allow them to lock doors and chests, and block off cuboids from other people building.

Does a simple land claim plugin exist?
