Name says all, a plugin to make ip ranged bans, to exclude dynamic ip plyaers, entire coutries, and stuff like that. Reverse ip range bans would be also good, to just free a range of ips.
Tested it, dont work. the way I do today is really really not a good way. I put a guy ip on excell, like 192.168.0.1, then I push it down to get a list until it reaches 192.168.0.255. Copy paste all the list to the banned ips.
