Suggested Name: Character Points

What I want: I just need this http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/reputation-system/ (I hope its okay that I link this) to support UUID's. It's just a way to give/remove points from a player to (in my case) keep track of behavior (but can also be used for many many more things). Also, can you make negative points possible? If not/too complicated that's okay, not a big deal.
I know Bukkit isn't much of a 1.8 community, but it seems like a super simple plugin, and Spigot people weren't very helpful when I asked. It'd be really appreciated if someone could put this together for me, though I have nothing to offer to you.

Ideas for commands:
[required] (optional)

/points add [name] (#)

Default to 1 if no #​

/points remove [name] (#)

Default to 1 if no #​

/points count [name]

Show how many points a player has​

/points set [name] [#]

Set a player's point count to #​

Ideas for permissions:
points.add
points.remove
points.count
points.set

When I'd like it by: Whenever you can finish it, I'm in no hurry.

It seems like a pretty nice idea for a plugin especially now that players can change their usernames. I've just started with Bukkit plugins so i'll take it a look!
