Simple Levels

Suggested name: SimpleLevel​

What I want: I want a plugin which gives you an specific amount of XP when you do something (mining, fighting, etc). There should be a command to see your current level. If possible a scoreboard. All messages must be configurable. The levels don't need to do something. A little Ranklist would be nice.
Ideas for commands: /level /leveltop

Ideas for permissions: slevel.level + slevel.leveltop
