Sign plugins doesn't work at at all for Bukkit 1.14.3

Hi I run a minecraft server with the newest available version of Bukkit (git-Bukkit-f1f3355).
A lot of mods that I have installed works but no sign mod. For example the essentialsx sign features didn't work or the chestshop didn't work because the signs didn't transform into shop. Also I installed recently the mod brewery and the brewing barrels doesn't work too because the signs on them doesn't work. Can someone tell me what could be the problem here ? I checked the version of bukkit on my server and it says that I am 17 versions behind but I have the newest version ?

Just as an extra information. The server was automatic configured and setuped by Nitrado and I ran muliple servers before and didn't had this issue.
