Sign lighting help

Hello, I am building a new prison server and when I was building the signs the lighting looked off to me so I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked so maybe you guys can help me. Here is a screenshot:
The lighting also alters the color but somehow the color does not show up on my laptop. Thankyou!
