Set server time

When starting Bukkit it shows the wrong time on the console. Its off by about 7 hours. I have the timezone setup on the computer and the time is set there. So I am wondering where Bukkit gets its time information from as I coudn't see anything related to time in the config files. For reference I have a VPS with Windows Server 2008 x64. Just got it so I have the latest version of Java and bukkit 860.

Still haven't been able to figure this out. The server has the right time, so I don't see why bukkit would be off by so much.

Actually, the server time has no real effect.
And please keep in mind that Bukkit is still a BETA software.

 

Of course, as is the whole Minecraft game... I'm just asking if there is setting for time that I am missing somewhere and how time is determined. While it may not have a direct effect it is annoying to have it off by so much in the logs/console.
