Server Will Not Load. :'(

    :'( My server will not load.

    Info:
    3GB server.
    Windows 8 laptop with 6GB RAM.
    Currently running Spigot. Spigot was working fine a few days ago for me, now it has suddenly stopped. It has nothing to do with my IP. Take a look: mcplay.mine.bz is the IP.
    I use http://www.freedns.afraid.org as the DNS maker and it has worked perfect since. I've used it on all my other servers, they worked perfectly. PLEASE try to help me with the problem.. It's been down for 3 days, I don't want to loose all my players. My staff is worried probably..

    Locked. We do not make Spigot and cannot support their software.
