   I have tried to make 4 different servers with 1 using pex, others using groupmanager, i have tried bungeecord to connect these servers result when i get in the servers as owner i cant set any blocks in spawn area. My question is should all 4 servers have same permission system or should i use the permission system on the hub or in bungeecord plugin dir the 4 servers are offlinemode to get bungeecord working?
