I've just upgraded to Bukkit from hmod and the server is stopping suddenly and without warning, with no noticeable pattern to it. In the log, the last things that happen are: 15:33:16 [INFO] Stopping server 2011-01-15 15:33:16 [INFO] Saving chunks Anyone have any ideas? It rarely goes longer than 10 minutes before doing this. Thanks!
Mine shut down the same way but after 2 hours of running time. same thing... just politely stopped and saved the server. My server's been up for 3 hours now with no problems. I did change the start.bat to allow for more RAM and that seems to have fixed the problem. Try that.
Doubled it, still not working. Well, working as long as no one is playing on it. Once someone joins, it stops within a couple minutes.
