Server Setup For Bukkit

I would like to see a basic hopefully gui on non gui option to set up a bukkit server so for example you run bukkit server for the first time and it auto checks it's self for the latest version then gets the latest minecraft version.

Then if it sees its first run, it asks if you want to use a script to get all your plugins from the repository from a txt file or goes to an options area where you pick out the plugins you want and set them up in a fashion you want (mysql or not etc) therefore making a totally equipped server in seconds with absolute ease.
