server security -none-help please :(

    hello, i run a minecraft server for a few friends however recently i have posted my server on the global server list-

    this means my problem is now a VERRY big issue.

    so basically, all plugins work perfectly, i love bukkit no issues there.

    now! the problem is anyone can do /help and the biggest problem is everyone can do this command

    /plugin disable giardian-

    meaning they can dissable the anti grief, is there any possible way to stop the users from doing this command? i would love so help please as ive had to deal with this problem for quite abit.
