I am new to making servers and have a question which may be stupid, The current recommended build is 1.6.4 which I have, which means if I try to connect with the latest client (1.7.5) I am unable to connect. So my question is, how am I supposed to get people to be able to play on my server when it is likely the majority of players will have their client on the latest build, am I supposed to just tell them to go onto the 1.6.4 client or is there a way they can connect to older servers via the newest client. Thanks for the help.
