Server Plugin help

    I have two worlds on my 1.8.1 server (using multiverse), but i wanted one to be survival, and the other to be creative. How would i make it so that is would change the players gamemode, and empty their inventory when switching worlds? Downloading more plugins is not a problem as long as they are for 1.8.1. thx:)
