Server not going into cracked mode?

    Hey Im Trying the 1.7.2 bukkit and i try to get it into offline mode in the server.properties and its not going into it. I can only play cracked cause someone hacked my account so ive got to play in cracked and ive tried and tried to do it diffrent ways. But it never works. I keep getting "Failed To Log In. Authencation Is Down At This Time." Any idea's?
