   Hello, i'm working on with a server where we are going to change the pay to win concept, where you need to pay for being the best. We are atm working on a rank system where you leveling up by using money in game. Completely free. What i need is "perks" for these people, and that is new enchantment that we can make with bukkit. Some ideas?

   A development issue is one where coders come to get help when they are writing plugins not for help with server admin stuff
