   I am running Spigot 1.7.10 and i have already posted on spigot forums but no reply, so i was wondering if anyone knew on here.
   The problem is when players try to join it says "Logging in" for a while, then it says "Timed out". When the time out happens the server seems to have an error and then will crash/stop and reload again?
   Heres the console:
