Solved Server internal exception errors (Please Help)

Il start with the history that how it became error, At first, i was downloading plugins, There we're 2 Plugins that i downloaded, UltraHardcore and WorldBorder, Afterwards i restarted my server to open it and it showed me this :

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: The received string length is longer than maximum allowed (32 > 16)

I tried everything to fix the problem, I deleted UltraHardcore and worldborder but it didn't helped, I also deleted scoreboard.dat from all worlds but it had no chance to help, When i spawn, It shows me map, kicks me and same error displays.

i gonna tell you whole history, so first lets start with this, when i was making server one like135it wanted to help me he had alts and stuff, i didnt knew that he was hacker, He told me to download TimTheEnchanter which was probably hack on bukkit and i hope you guys delete it, It runs people i have evidence :

he was ip banned he was using DDOS and alot things to my server when he got rage,

i dont know this is old logs, I cant give you logs because they are not here, i cleared all new logs, im sorry about that

i dont know i may say incorrect thing but please help, i dont know what to do.
