Looks like you don't have enough RAM. You'll notice in many spots it says that your server is out of memory. How many GB of RAM are you allocating to your server?

Yeah, you're hardly able to run a normal vanilla server with 512MB of RAM. should I try upgrading? And also if I were to switch could I carry all my data over to it? I can't loose my data ...
Yeah you could upgrade if you want to, switching would be a lot cheaper though. If you switch, all you have to do is download the files from your current server and upload them to the new one.
