Server Events - Ping ServerList Event

Is this working I'm trying to use setMotd for the event and it seems it won't take.
You guys get some time github.com/deathmarine/PingMOTD I know what I currently have "should" work. Considering this seems to be an untapped feature I was attempting to use it. Currently its really simple but will get more developed in later versions.

(Don't hark on permissions what I currently have is for testing.)
