Problem/Bug Server crashing after someone attempted login and failing to join

We're currently having a problem after someone without all the mods attempted to join the server. Our crash-log will be uploaded in a txt file. Any way to fix this?

It's not when a specific user joins though and that's 1.7.10. We're using 1.6.4. We eventually solved it by re-downloading the server files again, putting in the custom mods that we wanted that were not in the mod pack (we didn't put in the mods directly from the old one, we got fresh ones) , and then transferring the old world folder to the newer server folder.

Also, we googled the specific error code and google brought up two searches exactly. Neither of them had anything to do with our error.
