   Well everyone's having fun in my server. But then it just crashes. Its happened a few times already. Also, every time i do a "/reload" i cant do /say, a long error comes in the log. It starts to lag a lot, and thats all I found out what negative things that happen if i do /reload instead of restarting it.

   I allocated more ram into my server, thus fixing this annoying problem.

   java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

   I would say you're running out of memory, but without knowing anything more about your setup like the startup command you use, how much actual memory your system has etc, it's hard to know for sure
