Suggested name: Server Chest GUI

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that hooks into Chest Commands GUI and allows you to create items that shows you server info and can connect you to a server using BungeeCord. It should be able to show the player amount, if it is joinable or not. Kinda using these to show it:
%p_amount% = Amount of players
%p_max% = Max amount of players
%state% = Shows if you can join or not. It can be open, closed or full. You can change what it says in the replacement in a config.
This also needs to be installed on every server. You should also be able to set the current state manually with a command.

Ideas for commands:
/servergui state open|closed - Changes the state of the server. If you change the state to closed, it won't kick the players but no one can join.

Ideas for permissions:
servergui.state - Permission to change the state
sevrergui.joinfull - Allows you to join a full server.

When I'd like it by: ASAP but take your time!

EDIT: I did suggest to the creator to add something like this but he refused.
