Plugin Request Series of small plugins

Hey Everyone, I'm looking for a series of small plugins that possibly already exist. I was hoping that I could punch a list of functions and people could confirm and link a plugins existence for me, if they don't exist Ill have to find a way to get them created.

All these plugins need to be cauldron 1.6.4 compatible with CrazyCraft 2

1. Plugin that allows me to disable item usage, mob spawning
2. Plugin that allows me to spawn mobs while their spawning is disabled, making that mob unable to move and can be set to an automatic timer for spawning
3.Plugin that allows to set a number of certain materials be exchanged for an item. possibly via villager. I'd like to disable crafting of some items and have players trade materials for them at spawn.
