Seeds Disappearing?

Occasionally, in certain spots, whenever I place any kind of seeds down, they either pop out or disappear in 10 seconds. Anyone know why?

Plugins (32): LagMeter, Minequery, WorldEdit, NoCheatPlus, CommandBook, PermissionsBukkit, VanishNoPacket, Buycraft, WorldModes, bReport, ChannelChat, Vault, Multiverse-Core, SwornJail, WorldGuard, mChatSuite, InfinitePlots, BorderGuard, DynamicBan, MineBackup, EndReset, CraftBookCommon, Permissions, ZavAutoMessager, GriefPrevention, InfiniteClaims, SimpleReserve, CraftBookMechanisms, Multiverse-Portals, Multiverse-Inventories, HawkEye, BaseBukkitPlugin

 

Try removing your GriefPrevention plugin and see if the problem stops.

 

It happens without GriefPrevention. I added that plugin after the issue had occurred.

 

Can you tell me what plugins you added when the issues occurred, or just list the plugins that you are sure aren't the cause of the problem?
