    RedstoneClockDetector - Detect redstone clock
    Version: 0.2.7

Don't want permanent redstone clock to consume resources of your server? Use this to find it out!

    • Detect redstone clock and teleport to it.
    • Support command in console.
    • Type command /rcd
to scan redstone activities.
    • RedstoneClockDetector plugin will monitor redstone activities for [sec] seconds.
    • Type command /rcd list [page] to see all redstone activities.
    • Type command /rcd tp [player] [num] to teleport [player] (default yourself) to the place in list at [num] (default 1).
    • Let [player] turn off the circuit and warn the owner not to leave the circuit on again.
    • The player being teleported had better be in god mode.

    /rcd Get plugin status
    /rcd ? Help
    /rcd
Scan for
seconds
    /rcd stop Stop scan
/rcd list [page] List redstone activities
/rcd tp [player] [num] Teleport [player] (default yourself) to the place in list at [num] (default 1)
/rcd break <num> Break the block at place in list at <num>

I did not find any plugins like this, so I decided write one by myself. It is very simple actually.
    Glad you like it.

Approved, but please look to the future: BukkitDev.

    Mosh Mage

Phead dream with Java plugins, that's how much he r0cks x)

Also, i've installed this plugin with fear that my 100% CPU was due to redstones and, good enough, it said there was no active redstones. (i only scaned for 2 seconds - i thought it would suffice).

I dont have less cpu usage, but now i know its no redstones x)

How about an option to report the coordinates instead of automatically teleporting? Something like:
    /rcd [sec] [location/playername]

/rcd 10 samples for 10 seconds, then teleports you to the location
/rcd 10 location samples for 10 seconds then reports the x,y,z of the location
/rcd 10 JoePlayer samples for 10 seconds then teleports JoePlayer to the location

All codes have been rewritten. And commands changed.
I think this new version is what you want. :)

    Awesome Plugin!

Confused by the title? What does this plugin do, exactly?

I liked it better when it gave a "level" of redstone when you did /rcd and it teleported you.

Is it possible to have a list of how intense the redstone are?
  13. Offline

“level”, maybe next version. It is not a very important feature.

Intense, do you mean this: (/rcd list)
  14. Offline

Perhaps I do. :) that will work for me!

What does that number mean? I have a few clocks on 3xxx

Exactly the plugin I was looking for after finding an abandoned 100x100 flashing disco floor out in the middle of nowhere. Thanks for this!!

It means how many activities happened in last scan time span.

Glad you found it useful. :)

Hey bud, love your plugin! Found a couple random pulsating circuits thanks to it. Sadly, it broke somewhere between Bukkit builds #1555 and #1566. In #1566 it gives this error:

[EDIT] After reading the Jenkins log, I conclude that build #1564 breaks this plugin. #1562 works fine. [/EDIT]

Could you fix it? Thanks! :)

Same problem, broke at build 1564:

Recompiled for CB1575. Should be OK now. :)

Yes! Thanks for fixing the problem :D

Are pressure plates and powered rails considered Redstone clocks?? As I get tped to 2 of them.
  24. Offline

    Update for R5?
  25. Offline

Superb! I've been looking for one of these, but does this support the "Redstone-Through-Block" clock? This is from what i've seen the laggiest method, and the easiest.
  26. Offline

Yes. It is listening to BlockPhysicsEvent. And should be able to detect redstone power change not only on redstone wire.
Have a try and give feedback. If it dose not work as expected, I can improve it.

If they change status in the scanning time span, the plugin will detect them.
