I'm looking for a nether portal teleporter, which has the nether portal block in it, but it can teleport to different world etc, but i want to have multiple portals on one map leading to different maps all of the ones i have found set all portals to a world >.< thanks! NOTE: this may be in the wrong section, if so, will a mod please move it
