Search a good Start Script

Hello,
I know that the internet is full with start scripts, but I can't find a good one for my server...
It should make that:

• the server restarts automatically when it crashes (not when I use /stop)
• the server shot down and restart when i'm using /restart
• when I type /restart, then a countdown should by written in the chat. Like 10... 9... etc. 1... Server restarting
• when I type /stop, then a countdown should by written in the chat. Like 10... 9... etc. 1... Server stopping

ehh....are you using Windows, Linux or Mac?

If Windows, sorry, can't help because I don't run my production servers on it.

If Linux, I control most everything through crontab and bash scripts.
