Scoreboard On / Off Plugin

What i'm looking for is a plugin that will allow me to toggle the visibility of the default vanilla scoreboards (SideBar preferably) On and Off per player

So if i make a scoreboard that displays kills, deaths, etc on the sidebar using the default vanilla /scoreboard commands any player would be able to execute maybe /sidebar <on-off> to change the visibility of the scoreboard that way they can have the choice if they want to be able to see it or not.

and yes i'm well aware of the scoreboard plugins that already exists, none of them do what i need them to do, i just need a simple hide and show function for this plugin and maybe 2 commands and 2 perms please

Plugin has to be compatible with Bukkit Minecraft 1.7.10

if anyone would be nice enough to fill this request i would GREATLY appreciate it
