Scoreboard Display Issues

OK, this has been a problem through several major updates.

Issue 1:
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar <name> does nothing with most objectives. I have 20 objectives set, and only 2 will display in the sidebar. ALL objectives display correctly in the other slots, belowname and list. Yes, I have made sure that an online player has at least a score of 1 in each objective. Switching the server to vanilla minecraft solves the issue, but I kind of need it to work in bukkit.

Issue 2:
Players with names longer than 12 characters do not display correctly in the scoreboard list slot, as noted in the screenshot. I have not tested whether this occurs in vanilla.
