Suggested name: SaveTheForest

What I want:

Every time a sapling drops from naturally generated tree, it can be planted where it lays. There is an auto plant delay when it will be automatically be placed as a sapling block and will eventually grow into a new tree. This is to give player some time to pick it up if they want it.

***This does not apply to fake trees!***

Requirements: No commands or permissions.

AutoReplant v0.5 for CB 1.4.7-R1.0

This was build for 1.4.7 and don't work in 1.7.10

I already tried all of them on bukkit. None work like this for 1.7.10

I'd love to be able to use Reforestation again but it work for 1.7.2

It's under MIT. I think it only need to update the NMS.
