I have been running my server on a windows 7 Gateway computer. Then today I get a windows 8 computer for Christmas and decided that it would be better to run my server on this computer.(partially because the other computer is broken and has these periods of time when it wont start up or its "Blue Screened" .It is currently "Blue Screened".) anyway...... I already have the files saved on a hard drive so if that computer fails I have them to put my server on one of the few other computers that we own. I try starting it up and it wont work because it says that another server is running on my Ip which is the same for all of my computers.

    Here's the crash report.
    I don't know if this'll help........

I think you need to delete the portfoward on your other computer (Im not sure)

How would one delete a portforward?

I am not sure if this will work but:
Go on your old computer, Type in it's IP in the address bar, it will come up with Username & Password, enter your username and password, go to Advanced settings and then your portfoward should be there, find the button to delete the portfoward.
OR you could edit the portfoward from your new computer by doing the same (assuming your using the same router) and then edit the internal IP on it (Start>CMD>type "ipconfig"> the one with IPv4 Address) which will be something like 192.168.1.3
