I'm looking for a person to create a fairly simple plugin in my opinion. Whenever OP's type "/rules <player>" it would send that player a message with a set message in the config file. So if I typed "/rules Mikeambrose3" it would send MIkeambrose3 a pre-set message that's in the config. I need this for guests on my server, therefore I will donate to whoever can do this. I am also looking for a person to develop plugins for my server, if you're interested send me a message. I will pay per plugin request. Thank you very much,

If the chosen player is not online, it will say so. /rules -set <message> : Sets the rule to whatever follows the '-set' switch and saves it to the config.
