restricting craft/place/use with essentials

using essentials, in the config, i can restrict placement and useage as long as I have the proper data values.
im trying to disable brewing stand and enchanting table just for now until i can get some limitation plugins.

ive successfully disabled placing brewing stand and enchant table using 379 and 166 DVs.

I tried putting 117DV(brewing stand block) and 379DV(brewing stand item) into the essentials restrict use section in config but players can still use it. same with enchanting table, but unlike the brewing stand, the enchanting table doesnt have a block data value.

I dont want to have to use another plugin just to restrict two items =/
