Respawning items in chest plug-in?

I'm looking for a plug-in similar to PhatLoots.
But I would like a few commands that will allow me to choose what items will spawn in a particular area in the chest. Perhaps a command to set a respawn time. And the plug-in works only for small chests, not large chests, or ender chests, or trap chests. If items are put in the small chests, they are erased and replaced with the items I chose to respawn in the particular small chest.
Perhaps commands or a screen of what items and where I could put them.
/add 'item name' (amount) <screen on where I could place it in the chest>
I mess up, I just destroy the chest and replace it with a new one.
A command that effects all chests to respawn a item at a particular minute?

If someone may post a link or a name of the plugin that is the same or similar, I would appreciate it.
