Just a simple idea. 1. Type /texture 2. This pops up, onto the client 3. Click Yes to change to the server resource pack. Note: Not sure if this is possible but with this command we can which on and off server sided textures. Permissions texture.use - Allows to use the /texture command
supernova8 This only pops up if in your server.properties you've put "resource-pack". And this would only work when players disconnect and reconnect.
I've seen stuff come by while coding plugins at the getplayer method that has a setResourcePack method, so I think it could be possible to make, I'll give it a try. Edit: <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url>
megamichiel Well done man! (didn't have time tontest it yet) supernova8 Don't forget to mark this as filled if this plugin works
megamichiel Is there anyway to disable the texture pack once you've got the actual server sided texture pack? PS: Thank you.
supernova8 I'm not sure what you mean, do you mean like that you can disable the resource pack when you are still logged in?
supernova8 Sorry, that is not possible, because minecraft itself hasn't got that feature, if you want to disable the resource pack, the only way to do so is to reconnect
megamichiel Oh. Then is there a way to disable it in game but then reconnect and the resource pack won't show?
supernova8 I may have an idea to do the resource pack disabling in-game: I could create a download link for the default resource pack, and when you "disable" the resource pack, it simply installs the default resource pack. If that is what you mean.
megamichiel Try it out P: I have no idea what you said but it'd be cool if we could disable it kind of.
