Requesting a simple plugin!

All i want is a plugin that will change a users login msg. So say an owner logs on i want it to say Welcome the Server's Owner through a broadcast or somthing

And thats it ;D

Sounds easy. I'll work on this now. Should be done in about 20 minutes.

Anyone with the permission 'login.admin' will broadcast the message "Admin name has joined the server!". If you need anything changed let me know.
