[REQUEST] Easy Promote/demote system?

    It would be awesome if I could promote a member like this
    Code:
    /ChangeGroup Rallerbabz Moderator   <--- (alias /CG)
Rallerbabz have been promoted from Member to Moderator

    Yes something that would base of the old group files, or even a new format that can just be copied over. Would be tons better then maullay doing it and uploading files all the time.

    Why does my GroupUsers plugin not already satisfy this request? Perhaps check the plugin releases forum?
