Question Request claiming plugins name

    Hey guys
    Today I'm joined a MineCraft Server. when When I wrote /kit claim , server gave to me a golden[gold] shovel and a Stick[stick] was named " Claim detector " . with golden shovel I can select a region for claiming, but before claiming , need to buy some claim blocks with /buyclaim or /buyclaimblocks to claim a region. after claim, I can hold a Stick in my hand and right click on a block and I see the claimed region and owners name. the claimed region showed me corners with glow stone block.
    Can you tell me the plugin's name?:)
