Is there or Can anybody make a CCTV plugin? Can it work almost the same as the CCTV single player mod? and can it has a warning that only ops can place a camera if a user places a camera unless it has Permissions?
Original idea not possible without client mod. But a great idea for a V10phone application (V10phone wouldn't need a client mod... )
